Totally get the frustration. Some find relief with B12, nerve creams, PT, or low-dose naltrexone. A pain specialist might help if nothing's worked yet.

Ugh. I feel your pain. Had a neuroma removed and it was the worst decision of my life 🙁 Currently on nerve meds, PT, pain management, can only wear certain shoes, life definitely looks different these days. Hoping the nerve meds help because everything else I've done hasn't helped yet 🙁 I wish I could tell you I gets better... Hoping you find relief 🤞🏼🤞🏼
