Anybody do Dr Angela’s program and it didn’t work? I’m considering ordering the whole system but don’t want to get burned again. I’ve had this for 1.5 years in both feet with little improvement here and there short term and always comes back with a vengeance. Already tried 5 shockwave sessions based on podiatrist recommendations. Tried PT with little real results. Tried peptides for 12 weeks which didn’t seem to do anything. Went full Keto/carnivore to help with inflammation but obviously it’s beyond inflammation and is faciosis at this point. Tried different shoes, recovery slides, night splints, etc etc … losing hope

The one thing that has helped me is minimal drop shoes with wide toe box. Topo Ultra fly 6. And wide toe socks! The next thing is a PT that understands it starts at the low back, hips, hamstrings, calf’s, and ankles. And does measurements of your ankle movements and does exam of how tight your hips, and legs are. Along with your “gait” sometimes. Find a good massage therapist and get a myofascial release massages. You can google “the sling method” it’s for runners but it’s helpful information. I do Dr Angela exercises. Buy a tool on amazon and scape your feet and calf’s! I would not do shots! They do have a new surgery procedure called PFE. Plantar Fascia Embolization And another one is Gastrocnemius Recession You can Google these if they fit your situation.

Dry needling or Shockwave? I have been dealing with this for a full year now and tried all the shoes, trinkets, etc and now have had a few sessions with PT after a visit to the podiatrist. PT suggested dry needling, podiatrist suggested shockwave. They of course just happen to offer the things they recommend but both are similar price and timelines to recovery from what I can tell. Any first hand experience is helpful. For additional context, this started as achillies tendinitis which would come and go and this would go away with a couple days of elevated feet. Now my calves stay chronically tight and never seem to stay loose despite stretching.

Do shockwave.

IASTM could be beneficial for your calves. Might be worth a Google
