My podiatrist put me in a CAM boot for a suspected small tear in my plantar fascia for 3 weeks. I just got my boot Friday. I feel like my pain is worse since wearing the boot. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

These shoes @xeroshoes have been my secret weapon to conquering my 2 year recovery. Zero drop and it took some getting use to but my feet are stronger than ever and pain FREE.

Has anyone needing a hip replacement or had one done, feel there was a connection between their plantar fasciitis and hip/gate? My gate has been off for 4.5 years now - first through pregnancy, than for 2 years when everyone kept telling me nothing was wrong with my hip and then for the last year and a half post hip reconstruction and now waiting for a hip replacement. I know I walk with a limp when my hip really flares up… which usually means my feet do as well. It just seems like an awful cycle of pain. (**note: I am young for a full replacement at 41… but 🤷🏻♀️)

Regularly I see posts on here about massage guns. I brought one yesterday from GoodGuys. They had $199 on it, I did a cheapest available Google search and Harris Scarf had them at 60% off. Goodguys price matched and I got it for $79! Used last night my calves actually feel released. Wow thanks to all those who have shared this information!
