I eventually requested an MRI. He was reluctant and said we’d most likely just see inflammation. What it ended up showing was…. NOTHING. I’ve been experiencing PF pain since November 2025. I started physical therapy in January 2026 and slowly have been feeling off and on better. I’ve had 2 cortisone shots - one in January , one in April. PT has focused on strengthening exercises and stretching. I still have pain, but I can now do a little bit of barefoot walking and in a tennis shoe can get back to the gym and my normal walking with less pain. On my feet all day also as a teacher. I h
