Apologies for the disgusting picture... I covered my nail with polish going on holidays and taking it off the other night It was crumbling so took alot of it off myself. Its a real problem... Any advice please on treating. Have tried treatments before and no improvements..

You can go to the gym, but keep it low impact to avoid flare-ups from Plantar Fasciitis and Gout. **Best options:** Stationary bike Swimming (best if available) Machines: chest press, lat pulldown, seated row Leg machines (light only):** leg press (low weight) leg curl leg extension Avoid:** running jumping stair climber Start slow and increase gradually.
