Can anybody recommend a good shoe/slipper to walk around the

Can anybody recommend a good shoe/slipper to walk around the house in and a good sneaker!? I've tried crocks and brooks. I'm always in so much pain and I work long shifts. Or even compression socks or anything helpful to help the pain while on my feet is greatly appreciated! I also really would love to do cardio but anytime I do it, my feet kill I'm just wondering if I'm going to be in pain forever. It's been 15 months
