Hey guys, I am 30 year old male, I have high arch feet, and I am a walker, I walk at least 10 steps every day. I am borderline over weight.
So far I am using Sketchers arch support series shoes but lately they don't help anymore either and my flare ups have become frequent.
Any tips and suggestions? Should I begin wear sandals in doors? Please share product recommendations what worked for you and what did not.

Anyone have success with Topaz Procedure? I have it scheduled. Apparently 80-90% success Rate.

I joined this group back in early June as God is my witness I developed PF in my left heel rather suddenly. It hurt like a b**** and I could barely walk. My heel was tender to touch so I started all the routine treatments. I’ve been an RN for 40 years btw. Long story short? The pain went away in 8-10 days and then my left pinky toe went completely numb as well as the bottom third of my foot. AND then it hit me, it wasn’t PF, it was my lousy spine failing again. Eight years ago I underwent a fusion of my Lumbar 4th and 5th vertebrae. I’m now having issues at L5/S1.

Home and well. 6 hours - in and out! VA medical team was awesome. So far no pain except no feeling in toes yet. Bedrest x two weeks. First follow up visit in one week. Pain meds, ibuprofen, Tylenol alternation. Aspirin starting tomorrow. Feeling optimistic.
