Recently, I stopped yoga for about 1.5 months because my gym is under renovation, and my PF came back, especially after long walks and prolonged standing. So I’m pretty sure yoga really helped with my PF. Stretching at home doesn’t seem to work as well, maybe because I’m not doing enough All reactions:

Alison Thurman Same. I had to stop yoga due to shoulder surgery. PF came straight back
