Shared post Margo En How many people have tried going gluten free and also zero sugar to see if it helps the inflammation? I keep hearing that healing could be delayed by the inflammation if your body is reacting and screaming more due to gluten. Shared post Anita Baker Is there anything topical I can put on my foot? Shared post Kiran Saleem Every one pls try to massage your fet with oil all day 3 or 2 times pls..it gives good results...after oiling put on socks..and do your normal chores.. Shared post Lauren Michelle I know a lot of people ask how long did it take to heal. My question is, it it even possible to heal when you are on your feet for 8-8.5 hours a day for work, walking over 10,000 -14,000 steps daily on concrete, and only sit for a 40 minute lunch break? To me, that seems impossible but I am hoping someone can share their experience? Shared post
