Wendy Pertain Holman I put myself in PT several months ago because none of the night braces or exercises the OMT therapist gave me helped. 6!months with no improvement!! PT gave more exercises, did therapeutic ultrasound, massage, ice , heat with TENS and finally dry needling. I have great new HOKAs and Brooks Adrenaline shoes that feel great but still you know , the horrible morning pain , night time soreness and pain walking after sitting a while e Vinai Dhanraj 1. Does your heel hurt while driving? Mines is on the outside of my right foot, I take my foot off the pedal and it eases up, any ideas why and how to reduce? 1. Does a massage gun help you in any way? 2. What are some recovery activities do you do after walking or standing or playing sports or just being active? Lynn Gentry Solomon Anyone tried a Chiropractor? I have heel pain, no burning sensation just sore to walk on. Thx for any responses. Carolyn C I just got diagnosed yesterday and tried to heal myself for the past 1.5 month. I had a gut feeling that foot pain is plantar fasciitis, but wanted to be certain so I saw a podiatrist. I think I want to try at least one Physically Therapy appointment for evaluation and maybe more to learn beyond the four exercises the podiatrist gave me. For those who are being treated with only physical therapy, how many appointments do you go to and How frequently? Darlene A. Zajkowski Has anyone tried Shockwave therapy and was it successful ? Phil Duffy Genuinely curious if anyone has ever actually cured their PF? Or is it just once you get it you’ll never get rid of it. I’ve tried all the things from stretches to ice to hoka shoes. I work in healthcare so I’m constantly on my feet and stand for long periods of time. I recently heard of toe yoga and walking barefoot(slowly transitioning and doing about 10min a day). My feet are more sore and now the pain is throughout the day. My foot pain was improving before the toe yoga, it was just a very slow pro 10 hours ago 16 hours ago 23 hours ago a day ago 2 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago
