I put myself in PT several months ago because none of the night braces or exercises the OMT therapist gave me helped. 6!months with no improvement!!

1. Does a massage gun help you in any way?
2. What are some recovery activities do you do after walking or standing or playing sports or just being active?

I just got diagnosed yesterday and tried to heal myself for the past 1.5 month. I had a gut feeling that foot pain is plantar fasciitis, but wanted to be certain so I saw a podiatrist. I think I want to try at least one Physically Therapy appointment for evaluation and maybe more to learn beyond the four exercises the podiatrist gave me. For those who are being treated with only physical therapy, how many appointments do you go to and How frequently?
