Do most of you have pain in arch and heel? I only have pain

Do most of you have pain in arch and heel? I only have pain in heel (and outer heel) but ultrasound did verify it is PF 6.8mm thickness with bone spur. Nothing has really improved pain in 6 mths! Shared post Lauren Hopper I am beginning to wonder if I even have PF. My feet hurt all the time, not just with the first few steps of the day....all the time and nothing helps with the pain. Anyone else dealing with this? Shared post Nancy Vader Hi recently joined. I have multiple issues going on with both my feet, from plantar fasciitis, bunions, and bunionettes, heal spurs on bottom and back of heels plus accessory ossicle all of this is in both feet. One issue compounds the other and it’s a challenge to be pain free. I’ve tried several good expensive shoes with little to no relief. I work in food service and on my feet all day so I need slip resistant as well which has made it more frustrating. Just curious if anyone has had similar experiences. If so did you get/find relief outside of surgery? Had 3 rounds of injections and Dr is recommending orthotics and/ or surgery. Don’t like either idea. Since orthotics haven’t worked for me in the past. Hi recently joined. I can only rock my baby for 30 seconds before my legs have extreme fatigue and I can’t use them to rock anymore. I don’t know if this is normal. I was told a year ago the bones in my feet are misaligned. I wore orthotics for 3 months and then I was pain free. Fast forward to a year later, I started getting really bad pain in my feet and now my calves are in pain and my legs have weakness and major fatigue. Can this be normal? Many dancers and even more dance teachers complain of pain in the arch or sole of the foot. Often these individuals get diagnosed with “Plantar Fasciitis” and are often advised to stretch, ice, and massage the sole of the foot. Shared post Christina Stosney Congleton Hi all! I've been battling PF in both feet for over a year. I also have a torn posterior tibial tendon in my right ankle that went undiagnosed for about a year which caused the arch to fall. I have had 2 steroid injections in each foot, taken oral steroids, had custom orthotics made from the Podiatrist I first saw & they were so hard I couldn't wear them. I've been doing PT since last October switched to an Orthopedic doctor who finally diagnosed the tendon tear in December, was in a boot for 5 weeks am still wearing a brace and doing PT. I can't even say how many shoes & orthotics I've tried without success which both Dr & PT said I needed. @I finally went to a shoe store called Road Runner in Cherry Hill, NJ (they have stores across the country & a website). They scanned my feet for correct shoe size, showed where the pressure points were and used that data to recommend best shoes for me (Brooks Ghost 18 & Saucony Ride 19). They also have a machine that you stand on with your full weight and they used that to mold orthotics that support my arches without painfully digging into them. So far they seem to be helping 🤞 Hi all! I've been battling PF in both feet for over a year. Physio helps but not for long. I’m due to have 6 sessions of shock wave therapy in September. Shared post Eddie Goldsack Why are birkenstock so good? Do sandles have the same impact? Shared post Vinai Dhanraj Just recently confirmed I have PF and the podiatrist recommended changing my footwear first before going down Orthotics and cortisone shots and shock therapy of whatever Can I ask for those of you who are still active what footwear do you wear daily for 1. Activity like walking and playing with kids? Even running and daily trips to the park or store 2. Office attire as i do have a sit down job behind a desk 3. Casual hangout She did recommend new balances and asics but not sure what to get of if there are other brands. She also recommended indoor slippers as my home is tile, hardwood and vinyl Right now, I just feel confused as I dont want to give up being active with this thing and I continue to research treatments and things that have worked for others Anyone try any insoles like steprrs or whatever? I've had two shockwave treatments (the high intensity kind), several rounds of PT, tried all the braces, stretching, scraping, massaging, etc. and cant get rid of PF in my left foot. My doctor has recommended PRP, but I'm hesitant to throw more money down the drain... Thoughts? Shared post Autumn Betts What do you all recommend to have for surgery ? Shared post
