Has anyone tried these socks? https://forme.science/products/arch-booster-sock... Alyssa_Jane2467 I am new to having PF and I am soon to gey my first pair of orthotics and I am looking for recommendations for womens shoes for size 12 feet with medium to high arches? Thank you. Amanda Wilt I’m pretty new to this issue. I’ve only been having pain for about 2 months. So far I have tried: stretching, a splint, frozen water bottle, icing, massage gun, tiger balm, 3 different orthotic inserts, orthotic flip flops, not walking barefoot in the house, lidocaine/menthol patches, ibuprofen, and the gel heel cups and compression socks in the links below. The heel cups and socks are the only things that have really helped me. I’ve been wearing the socks for the past week AMAZON.COM PAPLUS 6 Pairs Compression Socks with Arch Support for Plantar Fasciitis | Ankle Brace for Achilles Tendonitis, Heel Pain, Arthritis, Plantar Fasciitis Relief, Foot Compression Sleeve for Women, Men Sheena Mckitten Wilson I’ve had pf about 6 months, last 3 excruciating. Tried just about everything: orthopaedic shoes, insoles, ice, heat, compression socks etc. on my feet 6/7 hours a day. Last 2 months I’ve worn sketchers arch support and crocs indoors. Never barefoot unless in shower. For last 10 days I’ve tried new routine: vibration pad for 5 mins twice a day. (I sit on chair as it hurts back). Soft night boot thing (I’ll post pic) calf stretches whenever I have few minutes spare during day a 7 hours ago 21 hours ago 22 hours ago Learn More
