Hello - I've just joined the group - I've suffered with PF on & off for 6 years now. It started after Lockdown 2020 when I spent 3 months at home in a pair of Crocs! Just looking at a pair of Crocs now hurts my feet! Having read through a lot of posts on here, it appears that most of the members are US based - is that correct? It’s been better since then but my left foot (the one that started later) is still painful when I stand. I can walk with my orthotics, but I find that I cannot tolerate standing and most pressure are on my heels and left arch.
