Hey, I don’t know what the diagnosis is yet, but I have an appointment with a foot doctor soon. Some people say it could be plantar fasciitis (PF), while others think it could be a nerve issue. My calves also get really tight during the day. I’m a Pre-K aide/kitchen worker, so I’m on my feet a lot. The side of my foot has a burning sensation, and sometimes my heel feels bruised and throbs. Has anyone else had similar symptoms? What did it end up being

Yes I was in pre k to wearing converse tennis shoes in every color flat and plantar fasciitis came I had shots went to different tennis shoes had special inserts the whole 9 yards it would leave and come back and very painful and I dealt with it for three years had I am retired now, but sub had to stop to have surgery surgery in July  I could not take the pain anymore foot doing much better physical therapy, hoping to be better by the holidays to go back and serve pain-free

I ALWAYS felt like I was walking on bruises!! Surgery was my solution!! Best decision of my life!!

I'm a domestic like you on my feet constantly all day 😔the physio lady at my Drs said it was plantar fascittis gave me exercises to do did offer much help really 😢i am going to have to go back though as most days I'm in agony my work shoes have to have steel toe caps they make your feet 50 times worse 😪i get pain at the side of my foot where my arch is bloody painful get so sick of it hurting aĺl the time😔good luck hope you get some answers soon, xx❤️

Do anything but surgery. Surgery ruins your foot even more.
