Hey is there anything I can get to put in shoes that don't have arch support to stop the facisitis from tearing again would like to wear some sandals but are flat thanks

I have a few experience questions.
I went to my primary DR for my feet issues over a year ago. She sent me to ER for X-rays nothing came back so then she sent me to physical therapy for 6 weeks.
Is it normal to be diagnosed with PF with no MRI?

My feet were pretty much pain free for few days . I go on 45 minute walk today & tonight my feet paining bad . Had use heat pad , ice pack now tylenol. Ugh canβt stand this . I miss wearing heels . I miss taking long walks without the feet pain . Iβm an active person but sometimes I just got sit down due to pain . Very frustrating for sure ,

I got PF mid July 2026 from walking too much. I was doing the Garmin challenge to get 365 mi for the year, but at about 180 miles my left foot couldn't take it. The Run Walk Run method was my form of exercise, but now I barely walk. I was given four exercises from the podiatrist. I have PT scheduled for early October (nothing earlier). I do the exercises, ibuprofen, ice and massage my feet with the roller. I may start taping again as recommended by my podiatrist..I'm feeling
