Hi can anyone help me please. I work from 9am to 6.30 4 days

Hi can anyone help me please. I work from 9am to 6.30 4 days a week and my heals absolutely kill me at the end of each day, I find it so painful to walk. I work in a warehouse and do a lot of walking. I have tried every type if shoe/insole, painkillers and ice nothing seems to help. I can't afford to give my job up. Mary Ray I just had my podiatrist appointment I have been traveling a lot this summer so the pain has been bad. He literally said “stretch it and work it on the hour every hour! Or surgery!” Which is crazy to hear! He also did recommend red light therapy. Soooo any recommendations on that?? TIA! AuthenticOwl9480 First shockwave therapy yesterday - ouch! So I had my first shockwave therapy and but it was painful. Just a quick question. Should I continue using a massage gun on the areas to aid the internal bleeding and healing or should I leave it for a week and only have this type of treatment being done by the physio. I’m aware the shockwave therapy stimulate blood flow and internal bleeding to encourage the body to heal the inflamed area. It’s a wonderful way of getting the body to heal itself. Karen Finklestein I am a teacher and today I went into school to help with a new student activity. I did a ton of walking and after only being there 3 hours I was in a lot of pain! I was in so much pain that the first step getting out of the car was extremely painful! I iced it when I got home, but it's still painful. School starts next week and I'm going to be on my feet a lot! I was just starting to feel better, but that's probably because I haven' Lisa Misskitty Kuehl Having Shockwave treatment today April Alcantara This may be TMI but perhaps it will help drive the point that PF is not just a foot problem. I brought this A3 sheet to my Rehab Doctor and Physical Therapist and they were both floored and said I’m the ideal patient. Removed a lot of the guesswork. So far after only 2 PT sessions I feel a big difference. But still have some ways to go. Obviously, it’s posterior chain tightness, yes?
