Hi Everyone. I have had Plantar fasciitis for over eight months now. It's incredibly painful as you probably all know. My podiatrist also believes I have nerve damage due to tingling as well as pain. My question is after buying appropriate foot wear and getting orthodics, do I just wear these shoes (Milanzo running/walking shoes) all the time or can I use my orthodics in other shoes? This may sound silly but I don't always want to wear sports shoes. I'm in New Zealand.

Not yet. I got orthodics for free as I had hurt my foot dog walking. The confusing thing is different things seem to work for different people. My Dr has referred me for a MRI.

It's a big jigsaw, not just the shoes , check width of shoes so your big toe can work properly, regular feet stretching, calf muscles , Achilles, strengthen feet and Achilles, glutes make sure they are working and strong it's all one big chain , plus diet can help

yes I'm realizing that more and more. I'm back aqua jogging and swimming to try and increase fitness in a gentle way. I do eat too much sugar 😔

Yes you can put orthotics in any shoes.

If orthotics help you, you can absolutely put them in other shoes. But sometimes tricky to find shoes they fit in comfortably.

Had you had an MRI for further diagnostic? See an Ortho for advice before investing in Orthodics
