Hi I just joined the group. I work in an Elementary kitchen on my feet for 8 hours a day. I just had surgery two weeks ago. Plantar fasciitis and calf released. When I ask my doctor about going back to work he is no help. So if anyone has a guess, I would appreciate it. How long do you think I can be on my feet when I first go back. At the moment if I touch my toes on the ground it feels like pins and needles, my heal feels worse. Thanks All reactions:

Cat Lili They did not work for me. They inject right where it hurts. They numb it first. It was not pleasant but it was manageable.
