I am 5 days post op. So far so good. Few things to complain

I am 5 days post op. So far so good. Few things to complain about but it won't fix anything. I'm headed in to get my cast put on today. Here's the questions. When I'm sleeping my foot twitches. To the point it moves my foot, wakes me up in pain. Is this normal? Should I bring this up to the DR? Can anything really be done? All reactions:

View more comments Paula Gorman I tried EVERYTHING to heal my plantar fasciitis. I stopped all exercise on it, I had shockwave therapy, I had cortisone injections, I did taping, I had custom insoles, I had smart feet insoles, I had physical therapy, I did the ibuprofen and the icing and the stretching... Then I bought HOKA and started wearing them exclusively and started walking a mile a day and my plantar fasciitis went away. I won't wear any other brand of shoe for the fear of getting plantar fasciitis back I suffered with it for 3 years before it finally went away with the HOKA.

View all 4 replies Andrea Purkel Neilson Top contributor My podiatrist said my Hokas were too soft and may have been part of the reason I got PF! He recommended Brooks and Vionics.
