I am so confused with this plantar fascitis!

I am so confused with this plantar fascitis! I have had two bunion foot surgeries, one in 2016 and one in 2024 on both feet. I have heel spur on my right foot, really no problem. But my calf muscles in both legs gets tight a lot when I walk. Have custom insoles i am not sure I like, got them three months ago. Early morning when I wake up I am ok and I have no problems at night, the spot I have an x on my foot it feels like a pebble there. I am stretching, massaging my calves
