I don't love going to doctors. They don't always listen, I have to use up sick time at work to go to appointments, I have to pay for the visits, etc. etc So, about 9 months ago I started chatting with Gemini (an a.i.). I told it my age, height, weight, etc and told it I wanted it to act as a podiatrist and physical therapist. I then described all my symptoms and asked for it to give me rehab exercises and stretches I could do to get b Cynthia Lubenow I've never had foot issues. After about a year of working at Chick Fil A my feet started hurting. I figured it was because I was using cheap Walmart shoes for the past year. I've recently heard it could be peri menopause. I'm 47. My heel hurts into my ankle. I also get radiating pain in my heel, ankle, balls of my feet and sometimes into my calf after a shift at work. I’ve tried all sorts of insoles that have been recommended for PF, but unfortunately most of them have quite a strong arch support. I really struggle with this because the arch support presses into my arch and actually causes more pain rather than helping. Many years ago - around menopause- I got neuropathy in my feet and went to the podiatrist who has done nothing but give me insoles and cream.
