I first managed to recover from my PF by going to the gym, losing weight, and doing lots of cardio and yoga stretching. Recently, I stopped yoga for about 1.5 months because my gym is under renovation, and my PF came back, especially after long walks and prolonged standing. So I’m pretty sure yoga really helped with my PF. Stretching at home doesn’t seem to work as well, maybe because I’m not doing enough All reactions:
stretching
