I have a build up of firm tissue on the bottom of my foot (knot) that used to hurt and I would spend time massaging or scraping, sometimes it bothers me, sometimes not. Lately my PF has not been too bad at all really. But once in a while I will step weird or something and I hear and feel an immediate “pop” in that tissue area accompanied by instant extreme pain…and then it totally disappears and my foot suddenly feels great. No pain a Shared post Andrea Franklin The 2 things that have saved me. A Korprez recovery sleeve literally got rid of the pain after sleeping in it for 1 night. I wear it every day and the pain is gone. Combined with OOFOS recovery sandals. I can now enjoy pain free mornings, days and pickleball !!! May be an image of shoes and text that says 'D' Shared post Bonnie James-Reeves Has anyone tried Birkenstocks? My PF has been BAD for 2 years. I've battled it for 30+ years and all my regular things tended to work until this go round. Ive spent a fortune on good shoes which helped but didnt cure it. I had a decent Birkenstock coupon last month so ai got my first pair. There was a break in period but my feet are almost cured. Morning pains is almost gone and overall leg pain is so much better. Is it just me or any Shared post Cathy Moulton Dawson Looking for help from ppl with VERY high arches. I’m trying a lot of stuff. Things that work for those of you with moderate arches do not work for us or at least not for me. Trying to wear an orthotic aggravates my arch. Taping it aggravates it. Any use aggregates it. The high stretching on the toes and lowering the heel almost caused a rupture for me. None of the shoes work. At all. PT has not worked. The only thing that wo Shared post Gabby Palermo I have a few experience questions. I went to my primary DR for my feet issues over a year ago. She sent me to ER for X-rays nothing came back so then she sent me to physical therapy for 6 weeks. Is it normal to be diagnosed with PF with no MRI?
