I have had PF on and off for years, but it's been years sinc

I have had PF on and off for years, but it's been years since it has flared up, until a month or so ago. I went to foot and ankle dr/podiatrist and we decided to not do a cortisone shot right away. I got myself some new shoes (KuaiLu sandals and some Keds Arch support sneakers) and that I would do stretches and take anti inflammatory meds. I will admit that I have not stretched as much as I should have, but I was feeling better until yesterday and today it got even worse. I actually have a follow up appointment tomorrow morning, but I really, really do not want that cortisone shot - I have had them and they HURT! Has anyone ever done kinesiology tape? Perhaps a system glitch? Or... perhaps someone over there finally realized it's not a wise decision to hide their fees in our nightly rates? See less All reactions:

Comment View more answers Adam Froisland The better question is why they didn’t inform us of the change like they did when they rolled it out. Additionally, the example they use is completely misleading and manipulative. Wonder which one is best for hosts?
