I have tried literally almost everything to help heal my fee

I have tried literally almost everything to help heal my feet from plantar fasciitis. I had 3 steroid injections 2 of them worked temporarily. I have done PT, gone through multiple types of shoes, certain creams and castor oil, dry needling, the stretches and foot exercises foot compression sleeves, toe spreaders, arch supports, night splints and I have yet to have more than 3 months of relief in about 6 years. I was wondering if foot and calf massages and acupuncture would be good next steps in trying to heal my feet?? Any information will be helpful! See less

You sound exactly like me, I had it for almost 3 years and tried everything. I had surgery in March and things are going well! Still not completely pain free but getting there!
