I just had my podiatrist appointment I have been traveling a lot this summer so the pain has been bad. He literally said “stretch it and work it on the hour every hour! Or surgery!” Which is crazy to hear! He also did recommend red light therapy. Soooo any recommendations on that?? TIA! I've had PF for a month now and I've waited weeks to get in with Physical Therapy. I'm in so much pain I cannot possibly work my job as a waitress where I stand and walk for 6 hours at a time. I have to wait until mid-August to see a podiatrist. The only doctors I've been able to see were at the emergency ortho clinic and they somehow think I will be ready to work in 6 days!!!!!!!!!!!
