I just wanted to say that I completely understand that everybody's feet are different.... not everything works for everybody. But I think I have found what works for me. $39 Hobibear barefoot shoes on Amazon. Zero heel drop. Wide toe box. I'm walking without intense pain or limping. Am I healed completely? No, not yet. But this is a wonderful start. Thank you Jesus.

Sounds like it's the shoes you should be thanking, not Jesus

Do you wear orthotics with them?

Christina Stosney Congleton I put an insole in them but it's not got arch support

Are you still having heel pain? And they work for you?

I had some reels coming thru my feed about a month ago on barefoot shoes not like the ones I recall but as you describe with really wide toe box n zero drop that I need to research. And they look good lol. But lately I have started to do toe movement, stretches n exercises specifically for the bones of the foot n toes which has helped along with my calf exercises. Many good vids n reels out there

I started wearing barefoot shoes by Purestep, they along with regular strong calf massages cured my plantar fasciitis
