I wanted to share this with y’all because it was a very eye-opening watch. I’ve started to walk barefoot for over a month now, have practiced arch and calf strengthening exercises, and used toe spacers. I am starting to notice my feet are getting stronger. This may not be the solution for everyone, but I would encourage you to watch and make a decision for yourself. This doctor seems to be in agreement with the Angela Walk method.
