I wanted to share this with y’all because it was a very eye-opening watch. I’ve started to walk barefoot for over a month now, have practiced arch and calf strengthening exercises, and used toe spacers. I am starting to notice my feet are getting stronger. This may not be the solution for everyone, but I would encourage you to watch and make a decision for yourself. This doctor seems to be in agreement with the Angela Walk method. If anyone is suffering from plantar fasciitis pain due to tight calves, I just purchased a slant board on Amazon and it has been a game-changer. Have not had any pain in almost 4 days now. Doing calf lowering stretches on the edges of steps puts lots of strain on the metatarsal and can create new problems in your forefoot/balls of feet. The slant board stretches your calves and evenly distributes the weight. You can start at a low incline and work your way up.

I’ve been thinking about getting one of these. How much time a day are spending on it?
