I'd like to share a couple things I do that have helped my pain go from a 4 to a 1, on a scale of 1-5. I'm sure they're unconventional, but they've worked for me. I was dx'd with PF on 1/27 by a podiatrist. She gave me some stretches to do and sent me on my way with an appointment in 4 weeks if the pain hadn't been reduced by 50%. I canceled my appointment. I started with the daily stretching, then added a balance board after doing research online.
