I'm absolutely to my breaking point with 3 spurs and PF in my left foot.
I'm absolutely to my breaking point with 3 spurs and PF in my left foot. I literally can't even walk anymore and the pain is excruciating. I've been dealing with this for 6+ months. Two weeks ago, I finally went to a doctor who gave me shots in both feet. That did nothing. They made me arch wraps for both of my feet and they don't work. Gave me exercises and Voltaren Gel and of course, nothing. I've tried EVERYTHING.
