Does anyone else feel like their Oofos feel super worn down after only a couple months of wearing them? I got them from REI so I can return them within a year if I change my mind but I don’t want to do that every two months…

I still get tingling under my foot and when I do I just keep shaking my legs and hips vigorously! Im back in my old flat sneakers and im not using any kind of cushioned inserts! I just keep trying to shake my tight tendons loose Vigurously! I lost a couple pounds too so far, I know loosing some weight will help my feet! Praying it totally goes away someday!!!

I am a teacher and today I went into school to help with a new student activity. I did a ton of walking and after only being there 3 hours I was in a lot of pain! I was in so much pain that the first step getting out of the car was extremely painful! I iced it when I got home, but it's still painful. School starts next week and I'm going to be on my feet a lot! I was just starting to feel better, but that's probably because I haven't been walking very much while on break. I have supportive shoes, but none of the inserts seem to work for me. I'm trying really hard to avoid a cortisone shot because I've had them before and that pain is worse than the current pain. Besides icing and stretching what else have you found that works well?

Hello everyone,
This is my first time here. What are your thoughts on getting the system from the Good Feet Store. They come with 3 inserts to wear, and a very pricey investment. It feels like my arches have gotten worse. I’m so discouraged and disappointed because I start back teaching on campus at the end of August. My plantar fasciitis has not resolved after 4 weeks.— in Baltimore County, Maryland.

This may be TMI but perhaps it will help drive the point that PF is not just a foot problem. I brought this A3 sheet to my Rehab Doctor and Physical Therapist and they were both floored and said I’m the ideal patient.
Removed a lot of the guesswork. So far after only 2 PT sessions I feel a big difference. But still have some ways to go.
Obviously, it’s posterior chain tightness, yes?
