Is there something someone can recommend for during the day

Is there something someone can recommend for during the day at work? Im a school custodian and I am on my feet for 9 hours a day 5 days a week. Im already wearing night splints to bed and I have arch support skechers with plantar fasciitis insoles I added, im also stretching everyday. Nothing is helping and its so bad the pain is shooting up my leg into my lower back and I can barely walk. I have a very athletic 12-year-old son who was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis about two years ago. We’ve done all the things… stretching, inserts, different shoes, etc. and he still continues to have pain, primarily in both heels. I’m currently waiting to get him in with a podiatrist, but at this point I’m starting to wonder if we’re even dealing with plantar fasciitis. I’ve only been having pain for about 2 months. So far I have tried: stretching, a splint, frozen water bottle, icing, massage gun, tiger balm, 3 different orthotic inserts, orthotic flip flops, not walking barefoot in the house, lidocaine/menthol patches, ibuprofen, and the gel heel cups and compression socks in the links below.
