Can you link the toe spacers you purchased and the rest of the items?

I’ve had a lot of relief from PF by stretching, night splint, toe spacers…& new balance fresh foam to help with during the day. I started with the night splint that I wore at night for a bit….but when a friend told me about toe spacers, I felt the blood circulation in my feet, I repeated this process each day for 15 minutes. Until I wore them when I went to bed, slowly the pain went away & I was able to wear my regular shoes again. BUT….my Dr said I’ll need to wear a wide toe box shoe, no more cute Nike shoes, which are to narrow….i haven’t been back to my daily running because I was told to take a break & heal. I do get a flare here & there but the pain isn’t what it was like before….I believe the toe spacers did help. I hope this helps anyone who will try anything to have relief. *stretching* - I laid on my stomach & almost like a push up but your feet are curled against the bed & I did that each morning & night. I could definitely feel that stretch.

Thank you for taking the time to write out your whole experience with plantar fasciitis, it's really informative and encouraging to see how you've found relief! I’ll try it : it’s been a night for me
Thank you for sharing this. I have going back and forth if I should buy a foot stretch and I never seen the toe separator. I will look them up on Amazon
When do you wear the toe spacers? How long?
I have those toe spacers they help
Dumb question but what is the purpose for the spacers I get to seperate but as for PF itself
I think the toe spacers were the biggest help to me. Crazy! I was surprised how much they helped. I’m going to try the stretch you mentioned.
For shoes with wide toe box look up Topos if you order from REI they have AMAZING return policy even if worn. My daughter works there and I had a pair of Hokas and another pair of shoes I had to return did not work out. No issues. I’ve recently ordered 2 pair of Brooks Ghost 18, she can get me a screaming deal at $75 per pair. I also have a pair of Altra Torin 8. Got to have lots of options👍
Are they uncomfortable to wear?
I have webbed toes so this will definitely not work for me. But I wonder if my toes have contributed to my P.f??!?
all Amazon
15 minutes after work….and I worked my way to wearing them while I sleep.
they put your foot in it’s natural form. We scrunch our toes in shoes way too much which puts stress on the rest of the foot.
they helped me a lot & now I don’t have any pain. But occasionally I’ll get a flare up, but for the most of it, I been wearing a wide toe box shoe. Narrow shoes can often cause PF.
we need the splint
These toe spacers were a game changer for me also. I do Dr Angela’s calf raises with these spacers on, on a rolled towel, a few times a week also. Can def feel a difference. I have not tried sleeping in them yet but would like to.
No way I was able to sleep in any of those splints at night. Sadly my brain said N to the O .. heck NO. might try later. Lifting has been a god send
Do a toe stretch for daytime & maybe for starting your day.
Thanks for your experience. I have had plantar fasciitis ever since I started walking for exercise. Now I’m feeling like a failure bc I had to stop walking bc it hurts too much. 😞
thanks for the tip & I’ll check my local REI.
VioletFlamingo1507 they are but it depends on you. Try it.
next purchase 🤣
the splints varies, but if you go to see a Dr…I believe they’ll give you a boot style type.
the splint was a bit difficult but I got used to it. The toe spacers…can’t even feel, but you can also try the spacers they use at spa’s. But with those they pinch the top of your skin more.
thanks !
