I've had bunions for about 3 years but haven't actually been to see a doctor about them. The last year they've been painful and my arches, ankles and shins are achy. My right arch even throbs in bed, like a mixture between cramp and stabbing pain. I've tried FitFlop F-mode trainers and Vionic trainers with a wide toe but they're not good for dog walking and teaching (I'm on my feet all day) as the arch support hurts. Has anyone tried these? https://hike-footwear.co.uk/products/hf-cloud...

NOTHING ELSE HAS HELPED YOUR PLANTAR FASCIITIS, READ THIS. I can only share what worked for me. My plantar fasciitis became so severe that I could barely walk. It hurt even when I was lying in bed. I tried the night splint, massage, stretching, walking barefoot, and the advice to keep moving. In my case, all of that either didn’t help or made it worse. Out of desperation, I taped my foot very firmly using a YouTube taping method and kept it taped continuously for about three weeks, replacing the tape when needed. For me, complete support and rest were what finally allowed it to heal. Today I have no pain at all. I’m not saying this will work for everyone, but if you’ve already tried everything else, taping might be worth a try. It completely changed the outcome for me. Kennar The tape definitely helps your foot feel more supported and eased the pain. Wondering which tape you went with. Stretch or no stretch?

Strong Arch Support fixes it. That is what you did with the tape.
