I’ve had pf about 6 months, last 3 excruciating. Tried just about everything: orthopaedic shoes, insoles, ice, heat, compression socks etc. on my feet 6/7 hours a day. Last 2 months I’ve worn sketchers arch support and crocs indoors. Never barefoot unless in shower. For last 10 days I’ve tried new routine: vibration pad for 5 mins twice a day. (I sit on chair as it hurts back). Soft night boot thing (I’ll post pic) calf stretches whenever I have few minutes spare during day a Danielle Dischley Best shoes/sandels What have been the best shoes for you in helping relieve PF. I stand most of the day on a hard surface. I’ve been wearing Hoka sneakers for two years now. Carolyn C I just got diagnosed yesterday and tried to heal myself for the past 1.5 month. I had a gut feeling that foot pain is plantar fasciitis, but wanted to be certain so I saw a podiatrist. I think I want to try at least one Physically Therapy appointment for evaluation and maybe more to learn beyond the four exercises the podiatrist gave me. For those who are being treated with only physical therapy, how many appointments do you go to and How frequently? Vinai Dhanraj Picked up these Hoka Ora Ones yesterday and oh man are these things comfy indoors. I tried on the oofos but I found these to be more comfortable especially with my flat feet. The oofos found had a higher arch support whole these were mid which works for me. Kiran Saleem How many of you agree that its a disease of Teachers. PeacefulQuince6962 If your feet are already hurting is every shoe you try not going to be comfortable? Or do they eventually start getting more comfortable as time goes on? 22 hours ago Learn More a day ago a day ago a day ago Learn More a day ago 2 days ago
