My plantar fasciitis is from overuse (the most difficult type) and I need to rest my foot completely while recovering from hip replacement surgery. A conundrum because I need to walk. Those of you who have had to rest your foot long-term please recommend a good boot for me where my gait will not be screwed up completely. I’m willing to spend money to get a good boot. I have tried a cheap one off Amazon and it was crap.
