My wife and I are walking the Camino de Santiago. We started today and will walk about 250 miles over the next month. I got PF in my left foot six months ago and was not able to get rid of it before our Camino. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me get through our walk? I’m definitely going to do it. I’m just looking for ideas to make it easier. Jan Wilman Firstly, thank you for accepting me into your group. I’m (was ) a very active 72 year old retired nurse. Walked my dogs 2 hours a day, gardened my 4 acres of land, went to gym and balance classes…….for the last 6 weeks I’m a hobbling wreck. I had planta fasciitis 5 years ago in my right foot following a fall whilst walking in the mountains. I suffered for over a year with physio, stretching, cortisone injections, anti inflammatory…..you name it, I tried it. I finally paid for Angela Beransky I have a weekend trip to New York coming with lots of walking. I really don’t know how I will be able to survive it. And then in summer I’m going back home for the whole months with lots of walking too. I just finished a second round of PT, doing stretches every day, massage my calf’s every day. And pain is getting worse for me. Yesterday before sleep I did a title but of scraping but very little because I thought it’s gonna make Mike Skirnski Has anyone ever tried this for their plantar fasciitis and what was your thoughts Ness Ness Hello i’m new to the group. I was wondering, do y’all have any recommendations for shoes for arch support along with planter fasciitis if you are on your feet all day. Having this so painful Sonya Gregory Does anyone have calf and foot cramps with pf? Both legs have them during the night and muscle spasms most days. If any of you know how to fix the cramping please please reply…
