New here! This is killing me and I’m not sure what to do . I’m 70 I work full time I have a band on my foot I try do ice what else can I do??? James W. Teer Tried tons of insoles and found some that don’t actually make it worse. I’ve had two injections in the last 6 months that only work for about two days. I can ibuprofen and feel like brand new feet for a few hours but I can’t keep taking ibuprofen! Started 7.5mg meloxicam 3 days ago and so far no relief.
