Ok so went to orthopedics.
Ok so went to orthopedics. Confirmed Plantar fasciitis, peroneal tendinitis, posterior tibialis tendinitis. They stuck me into a boot. They want me to go to phyiscal therapy. But I really don't have the money for that right now. So who here has actually went to phyical therapy and have actually their paper with the exercises on them with directions that can either post them here for me or send them to me please.
