One week Post Op Appointment from Open Fasciotomy Surgery -

One week Post Op Appointment from Open Fasciotomy Surgery - healing well! I stayed in bed all week and only up for bathroom. Scooter is much easier than crutches. Will be non weight bearing one additional week and the stitches will be removed. Pain has been minimal at incision. Foot is still a bit numb between the ball and heal. Nerves are wakening - causing sharp, quick pain at times from toe to heal when I flex the foot. Hopeful!!!!! Lily Stormy Had surgery today a little bit of pain, but the doctor said I stopped breathing so yes that’s fun lol whoever want to get this done it’s long recovery she had to fix the tendon in the back of the leg too so yeah I’m going feel it soon Good for you x2 Peptides! Has anyone take Retatrutide peptide and had it help with planter fasciitis? Carolyn C I just got diagnosed yesterday and tried to heal myself for the past 1.5 month. I had a gut feeling that foot pain is plantar fasciitis, but wanted to be certain so I saw a podiatrist. I think I want to try at least one Physically Therapy appointment for evaluation and maybe more to learn beyond the four exercises the podiatrist gave me. For those who are being treated with only physical therapy, how many appointments do you go to and How frequently? Jacqueline Amanda Can anyone relate? I’ve had plantar fasciitis for two years. I’ve lost some weight and the pain has reduced, however I now have chronic pain down the outside of my leg, across the top of my thigh and deep in my groin. Some days I can hardly walk and this hits consistently at midday. When I try to massage down the outside of my thigh I feel bruised. I didn’t know if it is all related? Judy Contreras Does anyone else have pain here? Look at the picture where I've highlighted. I was diagnosed a month ago, but lately the pain shifts, and at night that's where it hurts. 2 days ago Learn More 3 days ago Learn More 3 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago Learn More
