Your feet have muscles Shared post Estelle Jacobsen I am doing research on what my next move is. Server plantar fascia since start of year. 8.7mm thickness and a 9mm tear of the plantar fascia. I had to stop work. I have had prp injection, shock wave treatment and cortisone. Nothing worked. I had a mri in march and then in July and there has been no change. As I am not working and have rested it. I can walk around house for a few hours to cook and house work. With no pain. I tried the same exercises, toe spacers, splint socks ,— feeling optimistic. Shared post Nora Hickey Miller Does anyone have suggestions for steel toe boots that don't hurt? I'm pretty sure my boots are the root of my pain. I had timberline pros and used them for YEARS, but my new pair, I believe, changed something and that's when this flare up started over a year ago. It's become absolute pain in the past 6 months and I bought new composite toe wolverines. No better. I've tried every insole in the world and every combination o Shared post Catherine Thompson Im 7 months in with plantar fasciitis and usually very active. I've been doing usual strength training and trying to return to running and nothing seems to help. BUT weirdly just returned from holiday where I was up on feet and walking about all day every day and by end of week starting to see real improvement in morning pain. Yet on the last day which was mostly spent in car/ on plane so sat travelling and now it's back to usual pa Shared post 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Learn More 3 days ago 3 days ago 4 days ago
