So is there anything else besides the cortisone injection? So surgery probably? I have PF for about 5 years now. I'm scared to do the injections after reading reviews about it. I'm just tired of being in pain. It sucks because I have it in both of my feet. Exercises only help so much and for so long before the pain comes back. Got some insoles from the foot doctor I just can't wear them, they make my feet hurt worse.
