So we're going to Disneyland in 2 months. I'm tempted to start Dr.Angelas recommendations but I know wearing zero drop shoes for 2 full days too soon will be unbearable. Am I better off waiting to start her process until I'm back? Also, any recommendations for shoes in Disney? I have Hokas but they're on the edge of needing to be replaced. Sylvia Garcia I’m curious if anyone has ever tried rubbing tiger balm on their heel for pain and if so what you’re finding was. I will certainly try it and if anything good comes out of it I will share. But comments are appreciated. Debbie Doyle Hello. Has anyone tried with success pain relief with creams/ ointments? Thank you for replies. I'm going to try magnesium spray and massaging. Debbie Doyle turned off commenting for this post. Lauren Hopper Anyone have luck with creams just to get some relief? Mary Ray I just had my podiatrist appointment I have been traveling a lot this summer so the pain has been bad. He literally said “stretch it and work it on the hour every hour! Or surgery!” Which is crazy to hear! He also did recommend red light therapy. Soooo any recommendations on that?? TIA! Gadamsetty Satya About a month ago, I could barely stand or walk because of severe heel pain. It started as what I thought was muscle strain in the middle of my foot, but eventually the pain became so intense that even taking a few steps was difficult. I suspected plantar fasciitis and was honestly feeling frustrated. Instead of looking for a quick fix, I decided to focus on making small, consistent lifestyle changes. I started intermittent fasting Anita Baker Is there anything topical I can put on my foot? I’m in pain even when resting. Kristine Marie DiBartolomeo I'm beyond frustrated with our medical system. I've had PF for a month now and I've waited weeks to get in with Physical Therapy. I'm in so much pain I cannot possibly work my job as a waitress where I stand and walk for 6 hours at a time. I have to wait until mid-August to see a podiatrist. The only doctors I've been able to see were at the emergency ortho clinic and they somehow think I will be ready to work in 6 days!!!!!!!!!!!
