So what takes away the heel pain. I see a lot of ppl say you

So what takes away the heel pain. I see a lot of ppl say you need to stretch. I’ve been doing that for months and no relief. Hurts just the same. Can’t get into a podiatrist till August and I work 10 hour shifts at a warehouse. Insoles don’t give me relief. I also see ppl say don’t worry about the insoles worry about the shoes or the shoes don’t matter worry about the insoles. Like I am so confused lol. Then some ppl say take magnesium then some ppl say that don’t work. So I’m just asking for advice.. this pain is ruining my life, it’s getting to the point to where I can’t really work. I keep calling off because the pain is so bad. And unfortunately factory is all there is for me right now till I get my CDL months down the road. No sit down jobs are really available especially with my experience. I keep forcing myself to keep going to work but as the days go on it’s gets worse and worse. I just wanna give up.. so tired of this pain! I’m only 22 years old been dealing with this since I was 20. And I hate it so much! I’m just hoping for some relief! See less

Please do not waste your time on a podiatrist. Got to an orthopedic doctor and request an MRI

Has anyone been to see a podiatrist and have they given you exercises and hot and cold treatment suggestions? I have been doing this religiously because the pain has been immense. It has actually worked a little enough for me to function better. ***always check with your physician pain management team or GP first before trying*** Sitting down, feet flat on the floor, and gently roll your feet forwards heel up, and then roll your foot back heel down and toes up towards the ceiling. My pain is caused by my back issues. I do it sitting on my bed, the toilet, settee anywhere I can. He also gave me heel raise supports and even though they hurt my back it is helping my foot pain. I use a foot spa for the warmth and take my feet out and out the cold compress on feet for like 30 seconds then put them back on the warm water. It tingles really bad at first but stick with it, it stops (do not exceed your pain threshold if it hurts too much take your feet out of the water immediately) and Picture is also the cold compress I got from Amazon. Just wanted to share these with you if it helps. Just do it gently and carefully. DO NOT HOT WATER USE WARM WATER!!!
