Thanks for letting me join.. I been fighting plantar fasciitis heel spurs finally went to the doctor I had a ingrown toenail omg the pain was so bad about died. Now I’m afraid to go back if this pain from my plantar fasciitis does not go away. I brough orthofeet shoes they didn’t work. The foot doctor gave me exercises and the top 3 pair of shoes. I hate to spend more money on another pair of shoes. But I just want this pain to go away.. Tired of switching shoes insoles icing soaking and excersing and nothing helping.

I have spent a fortune on various shoes and has of yet I still haven’t found the perfect pair , it’s desperate . We are all different so what works for one may not work for another . It’s an expensive case of trial and error 🙁

I was told to stretch my calves on a 2” x 2” block morning and night! Try it xxx iced bottle rolled under helps. Cold hot water bottle in bed and ibruprofen gel rubbed on 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I’ve had a lot of issues with ingrown toenails and have found that taping them is the best way to get rid of them.
