So far after only 2 PT sessions I feel a big difference. But still have some ways to go. Obviously, it’s posterior chain tightness, yes? Courtney Braunscheidel Feel like its healing pretty well. Able to just walk with the boot and no walker anymore. It was 4 weeks yesterday since I had it done. Still quite tender on top. I go thursday for next follow up and not wuite sure what they will say. I truly dont feel ready to go in a normal shoe quite yet but hoping I can take this boot off! Its getting so heavy to walk in and I would like to go in my pool! Cherie Christian Is there a surgry for this,i think i've try everything. Artie Hoffman Heel spurs vs plantar fasciitis? Are the symptoms the same? The fix the same? Sent my physician a detailed message with symptoms thinking it’s classic plantar fasciitis. They responded with “could be heel bone spurs.” Tenzing Yangzom When I tried new shoes, I would feel this part hit against the shoes. Today i felt it also in my CROCS Baya sandals. I touched that part as well as the same area on my right foot and could feel the bone was like protruding a bit on my left foot, exactly where the arrow points to.
