Thought this was funny May be an image of chipmunk and text that says '|didn'tthink I didn't think wearing orthopedic shoes would help, butl stand corrected.' Shared post Angela Dan I was doing quite well this past week but I am suffering a set back today. I wore new slippers in my home as my P/T said not to be barefoot at all right now & last night I went for a pedicure. I'm thinking the pedicure might of been a big no, no!Today from my knees down everything doesn't feel good. Almost like my calves and lower legs have the flu. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Shared post Anne De Things I’ve tried that don’t/didn’t work for me: * XStance insoles * Orthofeet sneakers (they had a 60 day try period) * Koprez sleeve (marginally helps for support) Shared post Brian Bernal Anyone use one of these? Borrowed from my friend and today has been a relief! Going to buy one for sure! Edit....i should mention you can tip it up forward to massage the calfs. May be an image of text. Shared post Avryl AnnAstazia de Carteret I have had pf for around 9 mths, did get the steroid injection beginning of the year, worked for a short while, and then found Dr Angela, got hobibear barefoot boots to get me through the winter, and sliders during the summer so far, I have been doing the exercises she gives out and also using ice.... and using toe seperatoes and walking barefoot indoors for short times of each day. Then the last 6 wks pain slowly getting worse, can't walk the poor dog.... Feeling very low... So ended up back at Dr's getting steroid jab again today. He suggests I get ortho shoes the total opposite to Dr Angelas recommendations.... Have I not given enough time to Dr Angela's programme, should I just look for comfort at this stage, I'm 74 and torn between the 2 paths forward... Do you have any experience with Dr Angela's programme, how did it work for you?
