Today's home visits..... And an angle we've never seen beautiful Torquay from before. Anonymous participant Both my ankles and feet are swollen. Both my ankles are feet are swollen and they hurt so bad sometimes that I can hardly walk; they have been this way for about a couple weeks. The left one hurts slightly more than the right. I have plantar fasciitis and flat feet. I’ve tried the RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) method. I got a pedicure about a couple weeks ago, hence the pink nails.
