Tried tons of insoles and found some that don’t actually make it worse. I’ve had two injections in the last 6 months that only work for about two days. I can ibuprofen and feel like brand new feet for a few hours but I can’t keep taking ibuprofen! Started 7.5mg meloxicam 3 days ago and so far no relief. I roll on a frozen ice bottle, do all the stretches before getting out of bed as well as throughout the day. What the hell else can I
