What's with those no rise shoes? Or whatever they're called. Are they good for folks with pf ? I’ve did steroid shots Shockwave therapy Physical therapy still and now Dry needling Shared post Lisa Couch I had plantar fasciotomy traditional open surgery yesterday. After over 2 years of pain I couldn’t take it anymore. Ive been staying up on my pain meds. The best then I did was getting a knee scooter. Its helped so much. I will try to post updates.
